Server is not under DDoS attack! what is exactly the error that it shows? others accounts are log in fine!
what client are you using? is it a clear client? did you have other server before putting our files? give us a bit more infos so we can help you!

Delete the whole system file from your client! and exctract our files again!
Let me know if this fixes your problem!
You need to have a clear client in order to connect to our server!
